1. Dedicated Consultation Time Blocks
Because Dr. Sanjana Saxena dedicates individual, unhurried time blocks to each patient without overlapping schedules, we respectfully ask all patients to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to their scheduled slot.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that unforeseen events arise. If you must reschedule or cancel your visit, please notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 75674 08945. This allows us to offer the reserved time block to another patient awaiting care.
3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we will make every effort to accommodate you. However, to preserve sterilisation standards and avoid delaying the next patient, we may need to adjust the duration of your consultation or offer an alternate time slot.
4. Emergency Consultations
Patients experiencing severe dental pain, acute trauma, or sudden swelling are prioritized. Please call +91 75674 08945 immediately so our team can make emergency arrangements.
